Those evil topical creams will mess up your whole immunity system! They cover up symptoms for a little bit but then it will aggravate the problem even worse!

In my own experience visiting Doctors, Integrative MDs, NDs, and Nutritionists was a waste of money. You can educate yourself better than them and all they want is your money. I believe that Blogs help out much better than they can.
Well, today was entertaining. I asked the RD what and not to eat and she responds with very basic things even a kindergartner could've answer me better. She shows me a side of legumes, pastries, breads, and meat and shows me serving sizes.... I told her I am allergic to most of these, and such. She then replies well eliminate those foods, well I already know that, and learned it the hard way. She couldn't tell me anything new. I ask her how could I gain weight had a hand out for it, nothing specific. Tells me how lucky I am to have a small frame and that I would live to be over 150? I was like are you serious... I have a condition and she is trying to tell me other stories... What a waste of money down the drain. I thought I would learn something new...
I love olives, they compliment almost any meal, and you can have it by itself also. They are very nutritious and no sugar. At this time of the year, it's very hard to find a decent quality olives feels like they are out of season. And olive oils I can never have enough.
