I begin doing Yoga since it calms the body and relaxes the muscles. I also combine it with biking but nothing too extreme.
Either we are lost in the past or the future, and the time flies by. Even though, I have been trying to live in the present, I am usually stuck in the future and it's a hard to cycle to get out of! For me socializing helps a lot or taking long walks. Having a cup of tea and enjoying it.
