It is different for us to find a well balanced diet in this generation because we are getting confused by everything that is thrown at us. It is best to listen to our bodies and go from there. My body chances a lot depending on what I eat and soon you learn to talk to your body. In return, this results in better health, because I am feeling more energetic.
They reduce anxiety, and help our bodies to detox. I feel better immediately after drinking chamomile tea, and it smells great! Green tea is also great, I love rotating different types of teas as it's gets boring with same flavors.
So today I visited a doctor not a private one, and wanted to get some tests done requested by an integrative medicine doctor. It was very and frustrating to get the tests done. For some reason she didn't want to request the tests, event though, I am paying for the insurance plus the private one.... Well I ended up getting a few tests done let's see if it helps :P
They are wonderful! I think my body thrives with it, and adding some veggies are great way to get vitamins and minerals also some fiber!
Well on top of sugar cravings what not, carbs well I eliminated sugars, and most of carbs. However, there are carbs in almost everything it is a hard thing to do keeping it minimal. Really good idea to check the servings. That is why I purchased a food scale to keep me going ;)
Eating little bit of everything is very helpful in getting vitamins and minerals to well-being. Keeping sugar and carbs at minimum is important. As they make you full fast and less nutrients in them.
For me, balance in life is the key to success, but it's not easy to achieve. Balance can be thrown of easily yet it may take weeks, months or even years to get everything together again.
I have done a lot of different diets including paleo, candida, raw vegan, vegan, vegetarian and others. And I realized there is no one diet fit for all. Currently, I am on low carb diet, Let's see how well that goes.
